SHIPPING POLICY
Mediko.PH is committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. While delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors, we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure orders reach you as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification confirming that your package is on its way. Should there be any unforeseen delays beyond the estimated delivery date, Mediko.PH shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising from such delays. If you are unavailable to receive your order at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
You may track your order using the Track Order feature on our website. Your order number can be found in the order confirmation email sent to you after purchase. Upon delivery, and before signing for receipt, you agree to inspect the package and its contents for any visible faults, defects, or damage. As a precaution, please retain the delivery receipt.
