At Mediko.PH, we value your trust and aim to provide high-quality health and wellness products. Please review this Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To qualify for a return, exchange, or refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

Time Frame

Requests must be made within seven (7) days from the date you received your order.

Condition of the Item

The item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging, complete with the original sales receipt or proof of purchase.

Valid Reasons for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges are strictly limited to the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item(s), or
  • You received defective or damaged item(s)

Returns or exchanges for reasons other than those stated above are not accepted.

Stock Availability and Replacement Options

All approved returns or exchanges are subject to stock availability. Mediko.PH reserves the right to:

  • Replace the item with the same product, or
  • Offer an item of similar value, or
  • Apply another reasonable resolution method at the sole discretion of Mediko.PH

Shipping Costs

Mediko.PH will cover return shipping costs for items confirmed to be faulty, defective, or damaged upon receipt. For all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, opened products, used items, and products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase are strictly non-returnable.

Senior Citizen and PWD Discount Concerns

Eligible senior citizens and persons with disabilities (PWDs) are entitled to a 20% discount in accordance with applicable Philippine laws.

To avail of this benefit, please complete the Senior Citizen/PWD Discount Availment Form. After submitting the form, proceed with your purchase on the Mediko online store and pay the full order amount. Once your order has been delivered, a Mediko team member will contact you via phone or email to verify your eligibility. Upon successful verification, the applicable discount amount will be refunded to you via bank transfer or GCash.

Please note that discounts and promotions cannot be combined. If you qualify for more than one discount or promotional offer, only the highest applicable discount will be applied to your order.

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using GCash or bank transfer within a reasonable processing period, depending on your bank or payment provider.

For approved senior citizen or PWD discount refunds (as described above), the refund will be issued via GCash or bank transfer after successful validation.

How to Initiate a Return or Refund

To request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact Mediko.PH customer support within seven (7) days of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received
  • A brief description of the issue

For senior citizen or PWD discount concerns, please also include your discount code and any required verification details when reaching out.
