How do I become a Mediko member?

Follow these steps:

  1. Visit our store homepage.
  2. Click the yellow Login/Register button in the upper-right corner of the page.
  3. Register using your Google account, Facebook account, or email address. 
  4. If you register using your email, a verification code will be sent to you to complete your registration.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you don’t need to create an account to order on Mediko. However, creating an account will enable you to manage your information more easily and let you access member-exclusive discounts and promotions. 

II. Ordering and Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

In addition to cash on delivery (COD), we also accept credit cards, debit cards, and e-wallets.

What happens after I place my order?

If it's your first time ordering from Mediko, we'll contact you using the details you provided during checkout to confirm your order. Once we receive your confirmation, we'll begin processing it. For returning customers, orders are typically processed automatically after they are placed.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been packed or shipped, we may still be able to assist you. Please use the contact page to reach our customer support team as soon as possible.

III. Discounts and Promotions

How do I use my Senior Citizen (SC) or PWD discount?

To use your SC/PWD discount, please do the following:

  1. Complete and submit the discount availment form.
  2. Proceed with your order using the same name indicated on the form.
  3. Pay for your order in full and wait for it to be delivered.
  4. Anticipate a verification call or email from a Mediko.PH team member.

Once your eligibility has been verified, your discount will be refunded via GCash or bank transfer.

Can I combine multiple discounts or promotions?

No. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. If more than one discount applies to your order, only the highest available discount will be applied.

How long does SC/PWD discount verification take?

All SC/PWD discount applications are subject to verification. You will typically receive an update within 24 hours of completing your order on working days. Applications submitted on weekends or holidays may be reviewed on the next business day.

IV. Delivery and Shipping

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes. We deliver nationwide across the Philippines.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Luzon: 1 to 2 business days
  • Visayas: 3 to 5 business days
  • Mindanao: 5 to 7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on how fast you confirm your order, weather conditions, holidays, courier operations, and your exact location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send your tracking details using the contact information provided during checkout. You can then track your shipment through the J&T Track and Trace platform.

What should I do if my order is delayed?

While most orders arrive within the estimated delivery period, unexpected delays can occur. If your order has exceeded the expected delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team via our contact page for assistance.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and provide photos of the item, packaging, and order details so we can investigate and assist you. For more information, please check our refund policy page.
